Hi, planner... whenever I was looking for industry contacts for my clients in a market area, I first tried local "Chamber of Commerce" type organizations and/or US Department of Commerce records with the local Commercial Envoy in the US Embassy. I do not know if other nations' embassies have this info available or not.

Failing other useful contacts, I might try the DR embassy in my home country to evaluate their local commercial envoy's services.
