I am living in Mauritius on a Spouse Permit.
I would love to start a business, in the beauty and Anti- Ageing industry.
Should I set up a business or register to be self employed?

The self-employed is linked to a 'profession' not really a business. For instance like Doctors, Lawyers, consultants, etc.
As a self-employed, you are not allowed to employ other people. Difficult to run a beauty salon without employees...
