Hello again, can anyone tell me about the above resort.Particularly the infrastructure in the immediate vicinity.Would also be useful to know if it can be described as residential as I am looking to buy and live there 6 months each year thanks and regards Fred.

Makadi is a very quiet place with very little infrastructure for self catering living, it is great if you are staying in an all inclusive hotel, saying that there are people that live there full time, but you would be better having a car. If you want to live there 6 months a year and not have to travel a long way to get to supermarkets/shops etc... You will be better looking closer to Hurghada.
