What should I do? Received 2 times interview

Hi ,
I received 2 times interview call from Austria.
First one refused me after 2 weeks while interview is done.

Second one send me time schedule while I was traveling my country!
They leave a phone number to fix an interview date, but no response after I call back.

I have tried a several times over phone, a female voice was telling something in local language, may be in German.

What should I do? Send mail several times also.

The language would be German, as that the language of the land. If you don't understand German that could cause a problem.
