I suggest you just type in real estate vientiane into your search engine.
I live in vientiane and ou will be hard pressed to find what you want for that price unless you are lucky enough to find one well out of town.
In vientiane close to everything you will be paying between $800 to $1500 a month plus utilities.
Rents here run up to $2000+ per month.
