30% ruling

Hi all,
I would like to ask a question about the 30% ruling.

Do I qualify for the 30% ruling if I am a temporary worker and meet all the requirements, but my contract states that I do not have a fixed number of working hours a week (it states that I have a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 40). I am anyway working 40 hours a week and I am paid accordingly.

I suspect not, because it depends on your contracted hour's salary; so if you worked for 1-hour p/week, you would not qualify.

However, there is nothing stopping your employer contacting the Belastingdienst to see if there are other options open to you.
