PNG & POM Safety & Living in 2018 Sept ? expat Couple 🇵🇭🇫🇷

Hello Guy's, here we go we are a couple married “him french her philipino “ him have a opportunity to move to PNG for Employment,  As most here i got a offer to work in PNG and principaly to be based at PMoresby, we haven't decided yet if we take the move or not .

PNG Have a very bad press in term of safety with horrible story, all we can read on line was from past or outdated 2008-2012 , Do today day's  in 2018 into the period of September it is very dangerous place to work and live ? or it required common sense as most else where ?
