Moving to Paris for 6 months without payslip

Hi, I've just finished my studies and am planning on working in Paris until March. I haven't got a job so far but have a number of interviews lined up in a few restaurants. i'd like to find a single apartment preferably from september to next march, but am aware that I don't have 3 previous payslips and won't get one until the end of September or the end of the trial period presumably, if I manage to get a job in the first week or so. Does anyone have any experience moving to Paris post-studies with the same problem? Is it unlikely that I'll be able to find an apartment based on these facts. I'm not fussed about size and am open to sharing a flat with someone provided i have my own room, but am concerned I will face the same problems.
