Hi. I am looking for an Ayi and i want to get an idea. For a full time Ayi English/Chinese speaking. For a part time Ayi. How much do you usually pay and what do they normally do. Also if she has to stay for the night how much is the charge? And everything I need to know about Ayi. Thanks everyone.

Most aiye do not speak English. If you find one, expect to pay a premium price. Maybe six times normal rate.

a regular Ayi (Not English speaking) 40~50 RMB/ hour for part time job in Shanghai
(2 times in one week and 1 time about 2~3 hours for only cleaning the house)

No idea about full-time or English speaking one( times more than regular i think)
