Hallo people[
On my way back from my holidays on the 15th August I bought two items from duty free shop and they totalled $43.the cashier asked me for 950 LE and I was stunned.i asked for a receipt and he was reluctant to do this.the exchange rate should have been 750 LE .i was robbed of 200le and I want to make a complaint about this man to the police.Easyjt staff asked me to write to airport managers but there is no complaints dept on their website.Can you please direct me to the right dept as this person could be milking a lot of money from foreigners
