Hey guys,

I am a Mechanical Engineering master working in automotive innovation with 8 years of experience, including 2 years in Belgium, but to be honest I still don't know if my salary is the right amount until now.

Do you know the average salaries for such a similar position? I do think the engineers are not so well paid compared with dentists or doctors here in Belgium.

I quick online search shows you should be getting between euro 35,000 to euro 53,000 a year gross salary.

Doctor euro 70,000 a year gross

Dentist euro 74,000 a year gross
