Hello everyone
Am seeking help regarding document to file our civil marriage.
I went to the Main office but can hardly help us out.
From the list I got mainly everything except from " marriage certificate with annotation of divorce".
We got the divorce papers from court n getting it apostille
We couldnt find this document in US
Is there a different word they use for it

Why don't you try to contact someone from the US Consular office in Port-Louis?
IF they provide an email address, send them the list of requirements that mention this specific item wrt divorce and see if they can be of any help with its equivalency in the US , in particular California.
Mind you every state has its own M.O as far as divorce procedure is concerned and hopefully you will land on someone who would know where to search.
