Hi guys!

I just want to ask cause i have been unemployed for almost 3 mos and i havent paid my loan since then. Bank kept calling me and i have already explained my situation however they still keep on calling to follow up the remaining dues. I recently joined just a company a few wks back. So my salary will be only by next month and i wouldnt be able to pay thw whole due amount. im not quite sure how to handle the dues since the bank wouldn't understand the situation I am in right now which they said that they will file a case against me. What should i do?

You need to negotiate with them to work out a payment plan. There is no legal remedy to stop them otherwise as you are considered in default of the loan and are in the wrong.

Also the company im working at haven't arranged my visa yet. Theu told that it is still on process however i can see thru the portal it isnt updated yet. So im not sure if tjhis will affect my loan as well.
