I'm in Malaysia for the second time this year on a visit pass and I really want to find a company willing to sponsor me for a work permit visa to stay and work in Malaysia, I have 2 years experience in healthcare and a diploma in this subject I can give medication and I have a qualification in IT also I'm stuck as of what to do I need help any ideas ?

Don't think your qualifications and experience will be suitable to get an EP in Malaysia.
5yrs experience is needed if a Diploma holder. Because of your nationality you don't fall under the category of Foreign Domestic Helpers who can be homecare and healthcare providers.
