My friend awais came to Bahrain last month and got a apartment and now he wants to leave the country without even completing one month of it. Is this allowed? Can his CPR be blocked?
He wants to pay for the electricity and just leave back to Pakistan

Yes he can clear all the dues and leave, have a word with the landlord explain him the situation and it should be fine.
