My contractual agreement is for 6 months with X company, and i have decided not to renew my contract with my current organisation and want to move into another one for better opportunity

Here two things I have to mention clearly.

1. They made my visa for 2years.

2. Now, when I decided to terminate my contract as per my above contract, they are allowing me to go with any objection..but they are denying to give my NOC.

Kindly advise me how to get my NOC

Hi Rameshsanjana,

Without the NOC you cannot shift jobs internally.

Whether to give an expatriate employee an NOC or not ios entirely at the discretion of the employer / sponsor.

No employee can demand or force an employer / sponsor to give the NOC.

Please read the numerous other posts on the forum on this very same subject, so that you can know and understand what the NOC is, and why it is such a pain for all the expatriate employees.
