Hello,
I am an Dutch national live in Germany and work in the Netherlands, a cross border worker.
I have indefinite employment contract with more than 50,000 EURO income per month.
I would like to invite Thai girlfriend to Germany to enter into a marriage or civil partnership in Germany.
Since my nationality falls under EU member state and live in Germany, does Thai girlfriend have to show proof of basic knowledge of German language ?

If you two are married or in a registered partnership, she can get a family reunion visa to live with you.
The German language requirement only applies to spouses of Germans.
And with your income (Wow: €50k/month!?!), ypu can pretty much do whatever you want!
