Deported before bcoz of spot or scar

The Answer to your question will depend if you still have the scar. Coming to Dubai as a tourist or visiting, is allowed. However getting a job with the scar in lungs will not be possible, even if you get an employer before coming to Dubai, you will still undergo the medical procedure.
