Do you mean a herniated disc in your neck? If so, wouldn't that require a CT scan or an MRI for a fully positive diagnosis.

It is indeed a herniated disc. I already have had a MRI-scan.

Maybe acupuncture would help.
In Vietnam, acupuncture and Eastern herbal medicine is usually applied for neck hernia.
If you know Vietnamese, you should try going to a Chinese clinic in Vietnam for such things, it's gonna be interesting experiment ^^
