You really have to stop this men... What are you talking about! Cameroon is like any others countries! Meaning you have good and bad people. If you encounter bad people you will have problems and vice versa... So don't worry nobody will eat you... Filipino are not in danger in Cameroon so you can come without any fear in heart. Just take precaution like avoiding some area mostly by night or going out with many cash on you or showing yourself... Cameroonian are lovely people. End of story
