Looking for double bedroom ap in Sliema/Gzira/Msida/Pieta

Hello,

We are a family of 3 and we are looking  for a 2 bedroom ap in Sliema/Gzira/Msida/Pieta. We are very quiet and very respectful. We are landlords ourselves renting several apartments in our home country and will not do what we want not to be done in our own apartments. We will relocate to Malta beginning of October 2018. As follows what our ideal apartment must have:
1 double bedroom and one twin bed room
2 fully air conditioned and fully furnished
3 no old apartment blocks and no first floors
4 to be served by a lift
5 to be near seafront and bus station

If the right apartment we may consider a contract more than 1 year. Max budget 900 euro(excluding bills).
