Not many members here on ac 20 / 22
I would suggest you look into searching in facebook for the terms act 20 and act 22. There are several groups and likely they can help you with that.

Hi, I'm in the process of moving there specifically to take advantage of Acts 20 and 22. I have spoken with six tax attorneys on the island, and all have been very helpful.
