Good day i am a South African citizen, married a Filipino lady on 17/04/2012 in the Philippines. Looking at retirement very shortly want to settle down in the Philippines with my family. Please advise what is the process to obtain permanent residence over there and retire peacefully.

Hi, whilst I agree with you and have a 13A also, how about retirement visa instead?
