"Is that all" is most appropriately translated by "Ist das alles?"
And "would you like anything else" is "Moechten Sie noch etwas?"
Both phrases are not used in the same way as in an Anglosaxon context.

Yes, but I do not mean the English in German, only the native language.

I translated it word-by-word myself, but it still makes no sense!

And, by the way, "bedeuten" is only the passive form of "mean" (as in "This means a lot to me"), not the active one (as in "I mean it like this") - the latter woiuld be "meinen" in German.

It's common in my area (small community, south of Stuttgart) to hear "Sonst noch 'was dazu?" or "Kommt noch 'was dazu?"

Beppi, I think the OP is trying to say he knows what the German speaker is saying, but isn't quite catching the actual German phrase - and presumably wants to learn it. This happened to me a lot in the beginning as well. :-)
