Yes, you can leave the country.

Yes, you can go to Qatar but via Oman or Kuwait as there are no direct flights.

But make sure to resign and finish all formalities before leaving with your employer.  Otherwise you might have problems working or living in Bahrain in the future.

The valid visa has no bearing on this.  Qatar and Bahrain are separate countries.  As I said, you can go to Qatar if you have a work visa there.

There is no such thing as exit in Bahrain as is the case in Saudi. You resign and they cancel your visa - that is it.  They can cancel it online in seconds if they want to.

Mobility is only for Bahrain internally, does not apply if your moving out of the country. You can ask you employer to cancel your visa and you will have 30days to exit the country.
