I just want to know how much they charge and what is the procedure to call someone for 3 months on visit visa and then if I wish to, then change it to permanent for one year or extend.
How to get three months visit visa for us citizens?

You can see the fees on evisa.gov.bh to get an idea by nationality. These are unsponsored visas and can be applied online.
Sponsored require an organization. Application is either on paper with npra or online if organization is large enough to merit an evisa login.
This is for visit visas.
In some cases, these can be converted to work visas. I have already answered many questions on multiple threads on how to do that in the past week so use the search button.
