hello, there are specific lawyers here in Greece,Athens who deal with your requirement of the Golden Visa. They of course charge for this but will obviously save you a lot of stress,I have researched this for another member and stated one lawyer I saw on line who specialises in this field. If you scroll down through previous posts you will see my reply. Also scroll down through fairly recent posts from someone who got the Golden Visa and is now I think down near Kalamata.I believe you need a tax number to open a bank account which is quite easy and you can do it yourself. You could try private messaging the person who did it,they may help you,but a lawyer knows all the hurdles. The Golden Visa also allows for close family to have the same rights as the applicant so its a really good deal and I think a great idea.

Just to say that I have found Pireas Bank to be the most helpful, calm, easiest of them all here to deal with,Alpha bank is like Gestapo, rude, makes more charges. In Pireas they get out of their seat and ask you how can they help, its calm in there, they want to help you.

Did you find your answers? If not I recently got my golden visa thru a very nice lawyer which didnt cost too much. And he also helped me with the housing as well. Greece is a beautiful country to live in. Let me know if you need help. Or email the lawyer at ***
