Hi am on EP in KL. My mother LTSVP was issued for 1 year but not we have got a new vendor and the company not ready to raise request for my mother LTSVP extension.
Is there alternate way to get LTSVP renewed for my mother then approaching the company

You can try and do it yourself. But I think you will need to take along a "no objection" letter from the company who now sponsors your EP.

Hi, Thanks for the clarification. Is there a link for the list of documents that i need to prepare for the LTSVP renewal and is there a procedure detail for the same.
