Hello, is it easy to convert my Driving license to Kuwaiti one knowing that I'm not working yet (family visa)?

Definitely not, unless you have the "proper connections".

Thank you for your reply. Even if i have a license from a gcc country? Is it mandatory to have a job?

I was wondering if you have a GCC issued license. Supposedly it may be possible to transfer it to Kuwait license, but I don't personally know anyone who has done it.

You could try calling khadamat 22252225 they're supposed to handle all the paperwork for renewal for 10kd kind of like the vehicle renewal license in shuweikh. You could always give them a buzz? Anything is worth a shot over the fun and games of the ministry. I'm giving them a call in march for my renewal. Please let us know if it works out.
