Apostille for Work permit and Resident card in Brussles

Dear Members,

Greetings. Myself Veerapandian, recently finished job in Brussels. At the moment, I got a job offer from Slovenia. I need to get apotilles for my Belgium work permit and resident card to apply work permit for Slovenia. I checked online (https://diplomatie.belgium.be/en/servic … _documents) for the apostille.
My questions are,

Will I get apostille for my ID's directly if I go to the office? or
Should I get any attestation document from communale office for the apostille?

Here you have the option to make an appointment. It does not mention that the document must be legalized by commune before they can apostille it. There is contact info on that link too. You may write to them or do check with commune if they know.
