hello- my friend is irish and she has a son for her ex who was a non eu-now she wants to coem and live in malta. i want to know what would happen to her son who is non eu but 17 years old already done his leaving cert in ireland

yes he is!! but not yet received the irsih passport its takeing time and she is getting opportunity to come to malta for an interesting job
so what will be the status of the boy

he gains her EU rights by default, you'll probably have to show some more docs but EU citizens husbands and children have the same rights as them.
