Freshers who are foreigners cannot get employment pass.
Depending on qualification here are the amounts of working experience accepted by immigration dept.
Degree - 2-3 yrs relevant experience
Diploma - 5 yrs relevant experience
Certificate - 7 yrs relevant experience

The job in Malaysia should be related to the subject studied in either a Degree, Diploma or Certificate.
e.g. 5 yrs experience required after gaining for example a Diploma in IT, electrical engineering etc.
