Hi,
My wife came here in visit visa by the month of May 2018 and we extended it for 3 months and it is valid up to August 8th 2018. Now she is 7 weeks pregnant and it is risky to travel up to 3 months. Any options so that i can make her to stay here till 3 months get over for her.

Try for extension again. Approach immigration and show the circumstances.
But on a side note, it Is risky to travel AFTER a certain period i.e. usually 7 months onward which is when airlines stop pregnant women from travelling. Unless she has other medical issues, it is perfectly safe to travel at that stage of pregnancy.
