Hello everyone.

Thanks for stopping by here!

I had a question about finding a room in the Hague. I will study there this September, (Yes, I haven't found anything yet. And yes, I am panicked. Thanks. Help. ) and was wondering if I need a room with the possibility to register or if I can rent one without that option and register otherwise? How are the rules here? Could you refer me to any website perhaps, which explains this?

The Eurogates website offers you information; this link will take you there.

The law says you should register with the Gemeentehuis for your BSN within 5 days of arrival in the country, whether they make any exceptions for students I don't know. I'd recommend you contact the University now and ask them for some advice, you can't be the first one with this problem.

You will need to register from an address that allows you to register; my previous advice to use AirBnB before you rent something is still relevant, you just have to ask the landlord if he/she is OK with it.
