can anyone suggest a good agent that can process my e-residency, vat, health insurance and self employment papers?
I am dutch citizen, have a business in UAE and wish to relocate to Malta and start the same business in Malta. (solar boat rental)

You normally apply for your residence card yourself, not exactly difficult just download the forms and take them to the appropriate building, you do this your self as they will take a photograph of you.
Most people apply for national insurance and tax themselves.
