DataFlow additional Documents

Hi everyone!
Can someone help me. I need to add my Bachelors degree for verification in Dataflow. I had before but only health license and scfhs now wants me to do my Bachelors degree. I log in already to the site with eligibility number uploaded necessary documents but i am not getting there to make payment its not coming. I don't know whats wrong i skipped employment and health license since i only need to verify my degree. Please help. What will i do so i can procees to make payment. Thank u! ❤️
