wondering if someone can tell me if there is parking and public access to playa dorada beach in Puerto Plata, thinking of checking out the beach.

Just west of Playa Dorada is the "Orange Market" and you can park there, rent chairs shop, eat and drink!

From there you can walk the entire beach but they wont let you use their chairs that are meant for the hotel guests!
