I'm even more happy for you when a real estate company offers you help or free. It is a rare thing in any country. If you were in my area, I only know of one such business.  Go with what you are comfortable with. Welcome to this island; so full of unexpected treasures & vistas.  Have fun, smile & laugh at  island time.  The real secret to island living. Truly, 40 years & still laughing most days.  I talk to myself a lot. I don't mind it, ......except when I lose the argument.

We're working on being there by the end of the year! Can't wait.  Will be renting initially and then we'll see. Working on all the logistics of shipping, etc.
