Hello Members ,
My cousin she visited Baharain under visit visa .Before her third month she got hired from company somehow the company informed later they cannot hire her but they extended visa for another two weeks to find another job and she got hire from another company too.After few months this company is informing her to contact her "Visit visa" sponsor because they cannot apply for her visa .After three months of her visit visa until now she overstayed 4 months .My question is in this situation what is the best solution for her how she can extend or pay her fine for the overstay? Two companies are ready to hire .Expecting your valuable advise .Thank you

Bluntly speaking, she is here illegally. She needs to go to immigration, explain the reasons and pay the fines as well as ask for extension. This can go either way - they will either extend or ask her to leave. 4 months is a long time.
But she needs to do it now as if she waits longer than you are looking at more severe penalties like deportation and bans.

As usually your answers are very helpful Xtang.I am really thankful for you .I need to know one more thing she went to the NPRA and they directed her to building No 3 which is controlling by police She afraid to go there and she came back.Please advise me in this situation if she go to that office they will deport her or they will take any legal action against her? If you know someone who can help us for this please let me know .We are ready to pay fine which she has to pay.Thank you Xtang

If you are ready to pay then engage a lawyer who specialises in these cases. The lawyer can approach immigration and can negotiate a settlement. Yes, that building is notorious
