Good day everyone.
LMRA already issued my working visa.
Question is, is that already an assurance that I can enter Bahrain if I'm blacklisted in Saudi Arabia due to runaway case.

Yes if visa has been issued then you can enter Bahrain.

Thank God.
Coz I cant help worrying, I also had my working visa going to Saudia last year, just to find out that Im blacklisted. Saudi embassy didn't stamp visa on my passport.

Saudi and Bahrain are different.
In Saudi until you have visa stamped on your passport by the Embassy, nothing is confirmed.
For Bahrain, it is the visa issuance from LMRA online. Stamping is only dependent on arrival and medical.
Therefore, if you have the visa on LMRA letterhead with you - you can travel.
