I have resigned from my company from last three months Due to delay salaries and Our 5 salaries are pending by the company.now my company not giving me final settlement and told me wait we don't have money yet.after three months I am going mad sitting in room last three months and now i put a file in labor court.
On First hearing my company representative not come.
And labore court person have issued me a second paper.
This case is helpful for me or not anyone have experience??
