Product = What is the unique selling point of your condo or your particular room?
Price = You need to check if the price is on par with the market?
Place = Where do you advertise? You can use some of the agency to help advertise your product. This will give you more chance to rent out your unit.
Promotion = This P doesn't help much with the condo, but some owner give out 2 months to agency if they can rent out by xxx period.
