I'm foreigner here in Istanbul and I can't find a clothes store for men which owner is foreigner too.
If you know any please let me know.

I didnt get your point, you want a place to buy clothes, or you are looking for some one who own a place so you can discuss some issues together?

Boutiques are usually expensive here in Istanbul so i can recommend H&M and more stores like that. Most of their staff should be able to speak English i guess
