Breads Making job in iceland

I'm going to get korea's National Technical Qualification Certificate Breads Making
and After obtaining the certificate do i Work in a bakery(Have no employment experience)?
and Do you issue a work visa in bakery?

The same thing applies as in my other posts about immigrating to Iceland. You must secure an employer who will hire you and sponsor your visa. They will have to be able to document that you are providing a skill that cannot be found by hiring a local or someone from the EEA.

korea's National Technical Qualification Certificate Breads Making after can i Be hired in bakery?
If I'm employed in a bakery,Do you issue a work visa in employer?

It's up to the employer to decide if your certification and job skills are worth the extra time, effort, and expense to hire you vs someone else who will not require a visa. I have never tried to work in an Icelandic bakery so I can't offer you any personal experience.

Also, once the employer has decided to hire you, they submit the paperwork to the work directorate who will also decide whether or not to approve your application.

I suggest you try visiting Iceland and talking to potential employers if you can. Icelandic jobs are very often found through personal networking, and less so via advertisements.

Yes,I'm understand If I have south korea National Certificate Bread and Baking(not European qualifications or Iceland Certified), will I get a job?

Your certificate is not a guarantee of a job. Like I said, it's up to the employer to decide if hiring you is worth the extra expense and time, and then the work directorate has to also approve their application to hire a foreigner.

I do think it might be quite a challenge unless you develop very specialised baking skills though.

ok,thank you for your reply
