My university give me permission to work abroad for 1year
So ,what do you think i can get a job there?

You cannot get a Z-visa to work unless you have completed a four year college degree. Therefore, you cannot work.
You can intern, however, but it is an unpaid position. Companies are forbidden to pay interns.
