Hi All,
Can anyone provide insight into current Bank practices regards lending to foreigners for property in Vn ?.
I have heard they are basically not lending ( even for term of the Visa) due to hiogh incidence of asset/cash stripping from business/property loans and default along with absconding from the Country ??
Is this TRUE ??

Bank can lend for the maximum duration of the resident card.
If you get a resident card of 2 years, banks can lend you only for 2 years.
