It kinda depends on your degree of economics, in which economic field you specialize and from which college. However, generally the salary would vary from $200 - $400 if you have no experience. In case you have some experience (usually over 1 year), the salary would be a little bit higher.

Any particular reason you've chosen Vietnam to work in.?
Malaysian citizens can travel to 170 countries without restrictions. A lot of those will pay more than say,,$300 bucks a MONTH.
There's a lot of kids here graduating from Uni earning more than that driving for Grab. With a surplus of graduates , the employers have the upper hand in wage negotiations.
Given that situation,,you'll need to understand that moving here may not be all that financially rewarding.
