Dear, I working in Algiers ,Iam from India,I have residence permit,I plan to buy a car ,is any body can advice me ,the procedures and what are documents I need ,I have an international driving licence from India and Qatar ,thanks

i think it's little hard to buy a car for expat .. the only way to get a car ..you should find someone trusted and make paper with him he buy a car with his algerian papers ..and he will sign you a contract (to be trusted ) for you (the car is yours ) and you will get a new car ...some people do that here ..they have cars and the papers are from their parents ,friends , girlfriends and etc ...
