I am manpower agent from Pune , India
I sent 5 workers on Tourist visa before entering MALAYSIA they got calling online alredy ,agent done medical in Malaysia but not submitting passport to immigration for permit sticker stamping can anybody tell me can my workers go by themselves to immigration for stamping ..

They have to take their passports for stamping but arriving on tourist visa is not allowed when entering to work.

A calling visa is not a tourist visa. Calling is only obtained from Malaysian consulate or high commission NOT online.

Same old story - immigration scam and people trapped in Malaysia by overstaying. Only way out is deportation and 5 yr ban. So the people just stay illegal and work for whatever the employer decides to pay them and probably less than agreed and not regularly.

The first part of the medical is carried out in home country.

Look on the FWCMS website for the correct procedures.

Agents should learn the rules and stop exploiting their countrymen
