Hi Friends;
My agent applied EP, When i checked in EP online site, it shows "No record found". My agent has shared the application number also. I have tried with my passport, FIN, travel doc. All show same result. I asked my agent, they also said, their end also unable to see, so they called MOM and asked, then said, it's pending.
May I know what is the reason, MOM site shows as NOT found? How long will take it to show record in EP online site?

It can take a week or so after submission until your application is entered into the database and visible online.
If it is still not visible after a longer time, call MoM and ask for this to be corrected.

Same. My boss applied on the 20th. He gave me the application number and also the screenshot that it was already submitted and that he paid for it.
